Sample the creations of Gino Goh from Chop Chop Biryani, Renee Tang from Jelebu Dry Laksa, Andy Heng Jun Sheng from Mrs Pho, Manjit Kaur from Moghul Mahal, Chung Deming from The Quarters, and John Paul from Gubak Kia – from $10 a pop. Save some space for a bao-burger by Cé La Vi Group Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis and desserts by Cé La Vi Pastry Chef Kelvin Chia. Then wash it all down with cocktails by resident mixologist Andrew Hyman.
